Our Services
Our 14,000 square foot facility is equipped with a wide variety of production and manufacturing equipment. We offer fabrication services, high speed milling, lathe turning, injection molding, laser marking, thermoforming, plus many other services. In addition to our in-house Quality Department, our Product Development Team employs CMM and SPC technology. The personnel in these departments are chosen for their years of manufacturing experience, creativity, and attention to detail.
In addition to our large volume manufacturing capabilities, we offer Concept Through Production services. Using Solidworks, the standard in 3D mechanical design software, we help our customers get their products to market faster and at a lower cost. We aren’t your typical machine shop – we care about the parts we manufacture and deliver, and we are always looking for a better way to manufacture your parts and reduce your costs.

Our newest addition in expanding our capabilities is a Laser Marking System. This state-of-the-art system is ideal for a wide range of uses since it marks on all metals and most plastics. To further assist our customers, in addition to
manufacturing quality parts, we can now mark these same fabricated parts with UID Codes, bar codes, logos, serial numbers, date codes, custom pictures and much, much more. Anything we can mill, turn, or manufacture
can now be laser marked. This reduces handling and expedites part delivery and lowers costs.
With our variety of lathes and CNC mill machines we have the flexibility to manufacture anything from small prototype runs to large volume production pieces. This includes 2D, 3D, and 4D milling machines capable of up to x40", y20", z20" parts. The lathe department has dual spindles, with 6th axis capabilities. We also have a 22 ton injection molder with a 1 oz shot, and two thermoforming presses that can handle a sheet size up to 48”X48”. We are capable of forming up to a depth of 15”.
